At Alavia Tour, we understand that plans can change. Here is our simple and transparent cancellation policy:

Cancellation & Refund Rates

• 3 Days or More Before the Tour:

  100% Full Refund — Cancel at least 3 days before your scheduled tour to receive a full refund.

• 2 Days Before the Tour:

  50% Refund — Cancellations made 2 days prior to the tour date will receive a 50% refund.

• 1 Day Before or Day of the Tour:

  No Refund — Cancellations made 1 day before, on the day of the tour, or no-shows are non-refundable.

How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel your booking, please send your cancellation request along with your booking ID via email or WhatsApp to our customer support team.

Important Notes

• Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

• Unused Services: We cannot offer partial refunds for late arrivals or missed activities once the tour has started.

• Tours Cancelled by Us: If we have to cancel a tour due to extreme weather or safety reasons, you will receive a 100% full refund or the option to reschedule for free.
